  1. Publishing Funding Calls
    • Using Views and Content Types, each funding call is displayed with all relevant details (purpose, domain, eligibility criteria, timeline, attached documents).
    • Taxonomy system for classification by scientific domain, call type, etc.
  2. Proposal Submission
    • Webform module used to create customized submission forms.
    • Allows partial saving, file uploads, and automatic email confirmation.
  3. Digital Evaluation
    • Custom workflow created with Rules and Entityform for various stages: administrative validation, scientific evaluation, approval.
    • Different roles for applicants, evaluators, and administrators.
  4. Contracting and Reporting
    • Custom modules for automatically generating PDF contracts based on form data.
    • Beneficiaries upload progress and final reports within the platform; evaluators validate them through a secure interface.
  5. Notifications and Transparency
    • Integration with Mail System for automatic notifications at each stage.
    • Activity log and complete traceability of actions for compliance.
